How long does it take to get an offer on my house?
We can provide you with an offer on the same day of the in-home visit. In fact, we typically provide the offer within 15 minutes of the end of the walkthrough.
Do I have to accept your offer?
Not at all! There’s never any commitment to accept our offer, so there’s no risk in receiving one.
How long does it take to close Escrow?
As soon as 7 days, or longer if desired.
Are there ANY fees to work with you?
Never! None! You pay zero fees and no closing costs when you sell your house to us.
How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. Our direct team renovates the properties which means we have less overhead costs for the renovations, allowing us to offer substantially more than other investors.
What types of properties do you buy?
Any type! Single-family homes, multi-family homes, commercial multi-family properties, etc.
What kind of condition does the home need to be in?
The condition they are in right now! We buy homes in any “As-Is” condition.
What if I have tenants in place?
This is not an issue, whatsoever, and does not impact our offer or the time it takes to close. We will work with you (and them) to come up with a solution.
Does my house have to be empty to sell it?
Not at all. Feel free to leave anything and everything in the property and we’ll dispose of it, free of charge.
How can you stop Foreclosure?
We can buy your home before the auction so you don’t have to have a foreclosure on your record. A foreclosure takes 7 years to erase. We communicate with your lender and let them know your home will be sold soon and they will receive the funds. If your home is worth less than what you owe, we work with excellent short sale negotiators to help us buy your home and save your credit.
